|Recommended: YesGreat community — The Retreat at Fox Hollow is a great place to live. It is always clean outside and there is never craziness. All of the residents respect each other and are friendly. When there are maintenance issues they get to them as fast as possible and are understanding.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live — It is a quiet tucked away apartment complex, very clean and welcoming. It has been the easiest space to live in without any hassle or issues. My apartment was beautiful when moving in and hasn't fallen to pieces as the year has went on. Excited to sign my lease for a second year, and potentially looking to upgrade to a 2 bedroom in the same complex Location is great too, you really can't beat it.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful and peaceful community — Let me tell you, looking for an apartment in the middle of a pandemic was a nightmare. I rented in the beginning of Covid and it was clear that Josephine and Franz were doing all they could with the State of Colorado's newly implemented restrictions. These guys stood apart from the rest, I felt the staff here had a higher degree of kindness and professionalism compared to the other Leasing companies I had contacted. The staff, the stellar reviews, the beautiful grounds and quiet community immediately confirmed my decision. The apartment is beautiful, unique and comfortable. I had a few maintenance requests during my first few weeks here and they've responded quickly and Ben was friendly and welcoming. I'm still in my first month here but I know I found a great place to call home
|Recommended: YesAwesome safe, clean complex with great respectful neighbors — The complex is very well managed, with stellar staff who go above and beyond their duties to make sure tenant issues are addressed. The complex itself is super clean and well maintained. Our neighbors are great, the neighborhood is quiet, and there is ample parking for everyone. This is by far the best place we've rented. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay.
|Recommended: YesFeels like home — The Retreat at Fox Hollow is great because their layouts are extremely spacious. They have vaulted ceilings which makes the apartment feel even bigger There is also ground level entry to the apartments even on the second floor. I am on the second floor, and I feel like I'm in my own house not an apartment complex So far, the complex has been extremely quiet - sometimes I forget I have neighbors - and I'm so thankful that I get my own parking spot right outside my home. The staff is really nice and very helpful, and communicate with me about all my questions in a timely manner I'm so happy to be living here
